Hence, the problem with Christianity today.....picking and choosing what to believe: Love your neighbor (be a good one)or evangelize the neighbor. He even "appreciated" that Steve was being a good neighbor....BUT...
God bless Pastor Steve, and those like him. What good is it to only open the building to those who would return the favor? Even the demons would do that!
What a cool story. Theologian cum talk show host guy (can you be both those things?) says you should tell people about God's love but not actually act on it. What would this tell them about God's love? That God loves those who love him? Maybe the Muslims would not open thier mosque to Christian worship, but should we be setting our standards by them?

Also the theologian guy was only guessing that they wouldn't open their doors to Christians. Is that because he expects to be treated as he treats others?
I think the vast majority of Christianity thinks like the guy on the right. However, I also think the winds are changing, and the ranks are swelling of those who think like the man on the left.
I side with Pastor Steve (good name). Muslims should be welcomed into churches with open arms. Keep your friends close, and your enemies even closer...
